Virtually There VA Services offers you 3 options** for purchasing our services, allowing you to decide which method will be the most economical for you:

1) Hourly Rates

Hourly rates work best for customers who have occasional projects to delegate. Our standard rate is $35.00 per hour.  Billing is by the minute**. This means that if your project takes 26 minutes to complete, you pay for only 26 minutes of work. A free estimate will be provided upon request.

2) Retainer Rates

Discounts are available when you retain our services in monthly time blocks:

10 hours	10% off  - savings of $35.00
20 hours	15% off - savings of $105.00
40 hours	20% off - savings of $280.00

3) Project Rates

Project rates are most economical for customers with larger occassional projects.  Virtually There VA Services will provide a free estimate.

**Note: Customers will be billed at cost for any additional charges including, but not limited to postage, courier and printing services. Advance notification will be given if any such charges apply. For Canadian clients, all prices are subject to applicable taxes.  Web design and graphic art projects are billed on a per project basis. Translation is billed on a per word basis and a quote will be provided prior to commencement of work. Paralegal and bookkeeping work is billed in 15 minute increments and an hourly rate will be decided based upon consultation with the client.
