Owner & Virtual Assistant - Kelly Sims

Kelly Sims is an Administrative Assistant with 11 years of professional experience including 5 years as an Executive Assistant to the President and to the Chief Financial Officer of a multinational corporation. As a Virtual Assistant, Kelly has written and ghostwritten articles published both online and in print and has developed multiple websites for her clients.  In addition to web design and ghostwriting, she also possesses skills in the areas of word processing, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, spreadsheets and more. She prides herself on her ability to adapt, her strong work ethic, and her drive to help every one of her clients achieve significant results.

Associate - Gordon Howell-Mercer

Gordon is both our Bookkeeper and our Paralegal team member. He possesses an outstanding background in a complete portfolio of corporate legal/paralegal and executive assistant, administrative, bookkeeping, business management and communications disciplines, functioning both within a multinational corporate environment and at the entrepreneurial, small business level. He has more than 25 years of bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience and has established a record of accomplishment in cross-functional, multi-tasking and deadline-driven roles in profit, not-for-profit and entrepreneurial sectors.

Gordon is also the Director and General Manager of Gahms2, an Integrated Marketing/Development BPO Consultancy.

Associate - FranÇois Leclerc

Frank is our resident Graphic Designer. He possesses a D.E.C. in Illustration & Design from Dawson College in Montréal, as well as an A.E.C. in Graphic Design from the Demers Institute. He has worked in the field of graphic design for over 6 years and has produced a variety of projects including identity design (logos, stationary) as well as pamphlets, brochures, posters and all kinds of publicity for a well established medium sized business. Associate - Dr. Bruce(Scott) McLaws, PhD.

Scott is an accomplished Project Management, Operations and Integrated Marketing professional with proven expertise on both the agency and client-side in organizations ranging from start-ups to industry-leading multinationals. His award-winning Marketing background includes Communications, Advertising, VM, PR, Product and Financial Management, CRM and Retail fixture/environmental design, uniquely enabling him to anticipate the interdependencies of each discipline.

Scott is an excellent communicator, project manager and team coach/mentor who thrives in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment, where he successfully manages multiple concurrent project responsibilities. Scott also possesses a post-graduate degree in Marketing and is a Managing Partner of Ceviva Group, an integrated business consultancy.
